Amir Schlachet co-founded Global-e in 2013 and has served as the company CEO since it was founded. Prior to co-founding Global-e, Mr. Schlachet served as SVP and Strategic Advisor to the CEO of Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest bank, a position he gained after several years as a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Schlachet has an extensive technology background, having served for 11 years in various elite technological units of the Israeli Defense Forces, including as the commander of the ‘Talpiot’ elite technological military-academy program (ranked Major). Mr. Schlachet holds an MBA from INSEAD (first in his class), M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Maths, Physics and Computer Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Shahar Tamari co-founded Global-e in 2013 and has served as the company COO since it was founded. Mr. Tamari is a seasoned veteran of the payments and internet industry. Before co-founding Global-e, he served as the VP and Head of e-payments for 888 Holdings (LSE: 888.L), one of the largest online gaming companies in the world. Prior to joining 888 Holdings, Mr. Tamari worked for seven years as Head of e-Banking Business Development with Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest bank. He holds an M.Sc. in Technology Management & Information Systems and a B.A. in Business Administration, both from the Tel-Aviv University.

Nir Debbi co-founded Global-e in 2013 and has served as the company CRO since it was founded. Mr. Debbi has vast experience in strategic planning and business development, working for over 10 years in managerial positions in the high-tech and financial sectors. Before co-founding Global-e, Mr. Debbi served as SVP and Head of Strategy and Business Development at Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest bank, following a term as Head of Retail Strategy. He holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Economics, both from the Tel-Aviv University.

Iris Epple-Righi started her professional career at the department store E. Breuninger GmbH & Co. where she worked from 1989 until 2003, first as a Buying Agent, then as Head of Procurement and as a Member of the Management. Following that, Ms. Epple-Righi worked for the PVH Group for over 15 years. She joined the group in 2003 as Senior Vice President Retail at Tommy Hilfiger, where she was responsible for the entire retail sector (both online and offline). From 2010 Ms. Epple-Righi took over the entire product and supply chain responsibility. Following a change within the PVH Group in 2013, Ms. Epple-Righi became responsible for Calvin Klein's European business for three years as President of Calvin Klein Europe. Subsequently, Ms. Epple-Righi took over the position of CEO of Escada until the successful sale of the company in November 2019. She left Escada in December 2019. In May 2020 Ms. Epple-Righi joined the board of Hugo Boss. Ms. Epple-Righi holds degree in Business Administration, with a focus on marketing and tax, from the University of Tübingen.

Tzvia Broida serves as a CFO of NeuroBlade Ltd, a developer of a complete hardware and software solution for data analytics acceleration. Before joining NeuroBlade, Ms. Broida served as CFO of Sensible Medical Innovations LTD, a market pioneer in medical radar monitoring and imaging technology. Before that, Ms. Broida was the CFO of Jacada (NASDAQ: JCDA), a provider of contact center automation processes. Ms. Broida  has more than 20 years of experience taking an active role in strategic operations, managing and participating in numerous funding, M&A, and due diligence processes, and leading the finance and legal functions. Before Jacada, Ms. Broida worked as an Accountant at Yehuda Ehrlich & Partners and Vexler, Kodenzick & Partners. As of 2012, Ms. Broida has been acting as a board member, chairperson of the audit committee and the board’s financial expert of Jacada LTD. (JCDAF)

Anna Bakst has over 25 years of experience managing and cultivating businesses for American fashion houses. From 2018 to 2019 she served as Brand President and CEO of Kate Spade. Until January 2017, Ms. Bakst was Group President at Michael Kors. From 2003, Ms. Bakst drove the expansive launch and growth of Michael Kors Accessories and Footwear businesses – leading to Wall Street’s biggest public offering in fashion. In her role, Ms. Bakst led the global design, production, and merchandising teams and oversaw domestic wholesale distribution. Prior to Michael Kors, Ms. Bakst  had a 12-year career at Donna Karan International where she held various positions including President of Accessories and Footwear. She received an MBA from Stanford University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. In 2017 Ms. Bakst joined the board of Modern Meadow, Inc. and currently serves as its chairperson. Ms. Bakst is also a Visiting Associate Professor at Pratt Institute's Design Management Program.

Miguel Angel Parra has served as a member of the board of directors since January 1, 2020. Mr. Parra has served as the Chief Executive Officer of DHL Express, Americas since 2016, prior to which he served in numerous management positions in DHL Express since 1997. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1997, Mr. Parra served as a General Manager of TNT Express Worldwide. Mr. Parra holds an associate’s degree in Business from Miami-Dade Community College and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.

Mr. Tsuchikawa is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Sony Ventures Corporation, where he directs the venture investment arm of Sony Group Corporation, known as the Sony Innovation Fund.

He established the Sony Innovation Fund on behalf of Sony in 2016 and directs investments in transformational technologies shaping the future of business, entertainment, and society around the world. Mr. Tsuchikawa has spent nearly 20 years at Sony, where he also currently serves as a Corporate Vice President and previously served in several executive roles at Sony, leading Corporate Development, M&A, Business Development, and Investors Relations.

Prior to joining Sony, Mr. Tsuchikawa spent 20 years in the finance industry at Merril Lynch and the Industrial Bank of Japan. He holds a B.A. from Hitotsubashi University in Japan and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
