

Amir Schlachet
Co-founder, CEO
Amir has an extensive technology background, having served for 11 years in various elite technological units of the Israeli Defense Forces, including as the commander of the “Talpiot“ elite technological military-academy program (ranked Major).
Before co-founding Global-e, Amir served as SVP and strategic advisor to the CEO of Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest bank, a position he gained after several years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Amir holds an MBA from INSEAD (first in his class), M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Maths, Physics and Computer Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Shahar Tamari
Co-founder, COO
Shahar is a seasoned veteran of the payments and internet industry.
Before co-founding Global-e, he served as the VP and Head of e-payments for 888 Holdings (LSE: 888.L), one of the largest online gaming companies in the world. Prior to joining 888 Holdings, Shahar worked for seven years as Head of e-Banking Business Development with Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest bank.
He holds a M.Sc. in Technology Management & Information Systems and a B.A. in Business Administration, both from the Tel-Aviv University.
Before co-founding Global-e, he served as the VP and Head of e-payments for 888 Holdings (LSE: 888.L), one of the largest online gaming companies in the world. Nir Debbi

Nir has vast experience in strategic planning and business development, working for over 10 years in managerial positions in the high-tech and financial sectors.
Before co-founding Global-e, Nir served as SVP and Head of Strategy and Business Development at Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest bank, following a term as Head of Retail Strategy.
He holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Economics, both from the Tel-Aviv University.

Matthew Merrilees
CEO North America
Matt leads Global-e’s growing North American-based team and has extensive experience in the cross-border world. He previously served as the Global Managing Director of Sales at FedEx Cross Border, and prior to that, Matt worked at DHL Express US for 10 years. During his time at DHL he held many roles, from field sales to leading DHL’s National Account Segment in the Northeast US.

Eden Zaharoni
CTO
Eden has over 15 years of experience in software development, specialising in large scale systems, online payment processing and web technologies.
Before joining Global-e, Eden was CTO of Snoox, a social recommendation platform funded by BBDO group, and VP R&D of Cent2Cent, an online monetisation startup. He also held several management positions at 888 Holdings (LSE: 888.L) one of the largest online gaming companies in the world. In his latest position at 888, Eden was responsible for the management 888’s online payments systems development.

Ofer Koren
CFO
Ofer has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy. Before joining Global-e, Ofer served in several Strategy and Business Development roles at Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest bank. In his last role at the bank, Ofer served as the CFO & Deputy CEO, where among other things he led the successful IPO of Isracard, the bank's credit card subsidiary, on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Prior to Bank Hapoalim, Ofer was a partner in Deloitte-Monitor Management Consulting (previously Trigger-Foresight), where he specialized in finance and strategy. Ofer holds an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Economics from the Haifa University.


Ran Fridman
CRO
Ran Fridman is Global-e’s Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing all sales and customer success activities around the globe. Ran brings with him a wealth of both global sales and business leadership experience in the high-tech industry. Before joining Global-e, Ran served as the global VP Sales of Allot (NASDAQ: ALLT), leading the expansion and scaling of the sales organization worldwide. Prior to that, Ran spent more than 16 years in multiple global sales positions, 12 of them at Nokia (NYSE: NOK), where he held numerous roles within senior global management, sales, and sales support. Ran holds a B.A degree in Computer Science from the Tel-Aviv University.


Adi Waiss
Global EVP of Projects and Solutions
Adi heads Global-e’s Projects and Solutions teams, leading the deployment and integration of Global-e merchants across the world. Adi has over 20 years of experience in project and solution management in international hi-tech organizations. Prior to joining Global-e, Adi served in several operational and project management roles at Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), her latest role being Pre Sales Director, Europe. Adi began her career at Bank Leumi, one of Israel’s largest banks.
Adi holds an MBA from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev as well as Bachelor of Economics degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Rob Keve
EVP, Head of Small and Emerging Business
Rob heads Global-e’s SMB division, leading the company’s dedicated solution for emerging brands and retailers. Rob was CEO of Flow Commerce and joins Global-e through the acquisition of Flow. Having co-founded the company in 2015, he brings with him a wealth of expertise in cross-border ecommerce. Prior to Flow, Rob was the CEO and founder of SaaS leader in customer experience, Fizzback, which he sold in 2011. He has extensive experience in management and technology with a background in venture capital and management consulting.
Rob holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, as well as a BA in Philosophy and a BSc in Mathematics.

Michael Bryzek
Chief Product Officer
Michael joined Global-e with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, having focused on ecommerce solutions for the vast majority of his career. Michael previously co-founded two ecommerce technology companies, Flow Commerce and Gilt Groupe, serving as CTO in both companies. Michael is a seasoned technology expert and is widely recognized as one of the pioneers of micro service architectures. He holds a Master of Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Yael Geffen
VP Human Resource
Yael has over 10 years of experience in both private and public companies. Her areas of expertise include, building teams from zero in fast-paced environments, managing extensive organizational changes, implementing strategies for talent acquisition, employee experience, compensation, performance management and cultural development. Prior to joining Global-e, Yael worked at Edward CardioBand as Head of HR and led the integration of Valtech Cardio after it was acquired by Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE: EW). Yael holds a MA degree in Organizational Development and a BA in Communication and Management both from the College of Management, Israel.


Oded Griffel, Adv.
General Counsel
Oded is Global-e’s General Counsel and Compliance Officer, overseeing all corporate legal, compliance, privacy and regulatory affairs. Oded has over 10 years of experience as lead in-house legal counsel. Before joining Global-e, Oded was the General Counsel of Apostherapy Ltd., which developed and commercialized an innovative medical treatment. Prior to that, Oded was an associate at APM Law, one of Israel’s leading law firms. Oded holds a Bachelor of Laws from Haifa University.
